- Cancellation requests must be provided in writing via email
- Partial refund may be considered if cancelled before work begins (at company discretion)
- No refunds once work has commenced
Monthly & Recurring Services
(SEO, Digital Marketing, Paid Ads Management, Maintenance & Support)
- Minimum 30 days’ written notice required for cancellation
- Services continue until the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds for current or previous billing periods
2. Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing
- No refunds for services already delivered
- No refunds for partially completed services
- No refunds for delays caused by lack of client communication or approvals
- No refunds for dissatisfaction outside the agreed scope
3. Advance Payments
- Advance or onboarding fees are non-refundable
- These cover planning, research, resource allocation, and setup costs
4. No Guarantee Disclaimer
- Digital marketing & SEO results depend on external factors
- No guarantee of rankings, leads, traffic, or revenue
- Refunds not issued for performance-based dissatisfaction
5. Third-Party Costs
- Third-party costs (ads, tools, hosting, domains) are non-refundable
- Not responsible for refunds from third-party providers
6. Termination by At D Rate Media
- Delayed or unpaid payments
- Violation of agreed terms
- Abusive, unlawful, or unethical conduct
- No refunds issued in termination cases
